Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tablify platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms. We're committed to transparency and protecting both diners and restaurant partners under Georgian law.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tablify's website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tablify LLC, a company registered in Georgia under the laws of Georgia.
2. Description of Service
Tablify provides an online restaurant reservation platform connecting diners with restaurants in Georgia. Our services include:
- Restaurant discovery and search
- Online table reservations with instant confirmation
- AI-powered booking assistance via Telegram, WhatsApp, and Messenger
- Digital menus and QR-based ordering (where available)
- Review and rating features
3. User Accounts
Registration
You may use certain features without an account, but registration provides access to booking history, favorites, and loyalty rewards. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tablify.ge of any unauthorized use.
4. Reservations
Making Reservations
When you make a reservation through Tablify, you enter into an agreement with the restaurant. We facilitate this connection but are not a party to your dining contract with the restaurant.
Cancellations and No-Shows
You must honor your reservations or cancel them in accordance with the restaurant's cancellation policy, which is displayed before booking. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.
Deposits
Some restaurants require deposits to confirm reservations. Deposit terms and refund policies are set by individual restaurants and clearly displayed before you complete your booking.
Free Reservations
Tablify never charges diners any fees for making reservations. Our service is free for guests.
5. Restaurant Partners
Restaurants using Tablify agree to honor confirmed reservations, provide accurate information about their establishment, and treat guests professionally.
Restaurant information including menus, prices, and availability is provided by the restaurants themselves. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is current.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Make fraudulent or speculative reservations
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass restaurants, staff, or other users
- Attempt to circumvent any platform features or security measures
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under Georgian law
- Scrape data or use automated tools without written permission
7. Reviews and Content
Reviews must be based on genuine dining experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fake, offensive, defamatory, or violate these Terms.
By posting reviews or other content, you grant Tablify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our Platform and marketing materials.
8. Personal Data Protection
Your data is protected under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (2023), which aligns with EU GDPR standards. The Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia oversees compliance.
Under Georgian law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccurate data
- Right to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to certain types of processing

9. Intellectual Property
The Tablify Platform, including all content, features, trademarks, and functionality, is owned by Tablify LLC and protected by Georgian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by Georgian law. We do not guarantee:
- The availability or quality of any restaurant
- That reservations will be honored by restaurants
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Tablify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Georgian law.
12. Consumer Rights
Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Law of Georgia on Protection of Consumer Rights (2022). These Terms do not limit any rights you have under this law.
As a consumer in Georgia, you have the right to clear, accurate information about our services in a language you understand. Any terms that unfairly restrict your consumer rights are void under Georgian law.
For distance contracts (online services), you have specific protections including the right to receive complete information before entering into a contract.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at support@tablify.ge to resolve any issues informally.
For consumer complaints, you may file a complaint with the Georgian National Competition Agency, which enforces consumer protection laws in Georgia.
For data protection matters, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (pdps.ge).
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes not resolved through the procedures above shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, without prejudice to any rights you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
